Day 4 began with the presentation of Fono 2025 Outcomes, highlighting decisions, lessons, and commitments from the week’s discussions.
Delegates then joined the Partner Dialogue - engaging development partners and regional organisations on shared priorities for 2026.
The closing ceremony then honoured the host country, Fiji, and all participants for their contributions, and acknowledge the host country for 2026.
The afternoon featured optional activities for delegates.
The Gala Dinner was for all delegates and marked the end of Fono 2025.

Leaders came together to confirm the outcomes from discussions held during the Fono and working sessions. It provided an opportunity for a collective voice on the key issues raised throughout the week, ahead of the Partner Dialogue.

This session brought together Pacific Public Service Leaders and key development partners to consider strengthening coordination, deepening collaboration, and aligning partner programmes with the priorities identified at Fono 2025. Development partners shared their current public sector strengthening initiatives, while Pacific Public Service Commissions focused on ensuring that partner support in 2026 aligns with their respective priorities.
