Day 3 began with the Quarter 4 Fale Governance Board, the final Board meeting for 2025.

Delegates then took part in panel sessions on building strong cultures of integrity and ethical leadership in public services; the role of digitisation and AI in enhancing public service delivery; and strategic workforce planning. Pacific Public Service Leaders presented these panel sessions supported by regional body experts, followed by question-and-answer sessions and opportunity for talanoa.

The afternoon provided time for bilateral meetings between countries and Commission engagements.

The day closed with a mixer event for all delegates co-hosted by the New Zealand High Commission and the Public Service Fale.

    This session focussed on building cultures of integrity and ethical conduct. It was structured to offer opportunities to share experiences, explore practical solutions, and reflect on the values and leadership needed to uphold public trust and confidence in public services.

    This session explored key workforce issues for all Pacific public service leaders - labour mobility, workforce planning, and succession and talent development.  It focused on a range of priority areas from responding to regional economic challenges through to building capability via professional development opportunities for emerging and mid-level leaders.
