The Fale is excited to announce our first Share Learn Connect session for 2026! Share Learn Connect events provide the opportunity for Pacific public service colleagues to deepen understanding, strengthen capability, and connect through shared learning.
Our first session will be led by the Samoa Public Service Commission, who will share the background, analysis, and development process that informed their Gift Giving Policy.
This session is open to all Pacific public servants. We appreciate your support in sharing this invitation with your leadership team, wider staff and departments. Registration for the session can be completed via the link below.
Gift giving is a deeply rooted cultural practice across the Pacific - one that can strengthen relationships, respect, and connection. At Fono 2025, Pacific leaders raised the importance of clear gift giving policies to maintain the balance between this important cultural practice while demonstrating integrity and ethical conduct within their public services.
This session is open to all Pacific Public Service government agencies and their team. We particularly welcome attendance from Human Resource and Policy leaders.
